In The Hall Strips #3, Theia storms into the main office to inform Titan that the Sword, Sorcery & Sin Dungeon Ranking is happening and that she’s been voluntold to issue the Decree on the cheesiest and sleaziest films the genre has to offer. Titan is unmoved. He’s in the middle of a game.
