Resogun Review

THE MONKEY3 Comments

I honestly didn't know what to expect going into Resogun. I knew going in that it would be a free to play launch title available to Playstation Plus members, so I really didn't do much in terms of pre-launch research. My way of thinking is almost any free game is worth at least playing so I really didn't need much in the way of an incentive to download it. Worst case scenario I figured I'd be out a little bit of time and would just delete it from the hard drive.  So was Resogun time well spent…

Knack Review

THE MONKEY3 Comments

I was admittedly a bit late to the Knack party prior to launch.  I had heard the name and knew it was an exclusive launch title coming out for the Playstation 4 and that was more or less the extent of my knowledge.  It wasn't until our own Gary Smith put some information in our forums that I started to become somewhat interested in the title.  From there the more and more I researched it seemed the more I would become excited for the game.  Fast forward to now and not only have I had time to sit…

The Pinball Arcade isn't just another pinball game for home consoles (and mobile devices), it's actually four real pinball tables brought to life on the platform of your choice. The tables are Theater Magic (1995…

MLB 12: The Show Review

Gary Smith5 Comments

Sony's MLB: The Show series is widely regarded as the best sports game on the market, something Sony obviously takes to heart since right on the cover you'll see “#1 Rated Sports Game, 4 Years in a Row!” With opening day of a new season of baseball less than a month away, The Show is back for the 2012 season and faces the same question all yearly sports titles are faced: is it worth spending another $60 on. Fortunately for Sony, the best has gotten better and for most fans they'll want to…
