Grand Theft Auto VI News

The long wait for Grand Theft Auto VI is almost over. Rockstar’s highly anticipated next entry in the open-world crime series releases on November 19th for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

If you’ve already pre-ordered the game, or plan to do so before launch, you’ll have plenty of time to get it installed on your system as Rockstar has officially confirmed that pre-loading will begin for digital PS5 copies starting at midnight local time on Tuesday, November 10th. On Xbox Series, digital pre-loading begins Tuesday, November 10th at 12 am GMT globally.

If you’ve purchased a boxed “physical” copy from a retailer, your code-in box should be available beginning Thursday, November 12th. Physical in quotations there because there is no disc included in the boxes.

If you’re rocking the base storage on your console, you’re going to want to have some space available as GTAVI requires up to 212 GB of space depending on your device.

Grand Theft Auto VI releases on November 19th for PS5 and Xbox Series for the base price of $79.99.

Smith’s Sentiment: Yikes! It’s not really surprising that so much space is required, after all the game is massive. I’m just sitting here looking at my 28.44 GB of space on my PS5 and wishing I would’ve bought a bigger SSD at some point. I really do need to do that at some point and quit putting it off.
